Buturo Pays Mega FM's Sh20m.

ETHICS and integrity state minister, James Nsaba Buturo, yesterday refunded the controversial sh20m he received from Gulu-based Mega FM radio.
The refund was made through a Stanbic Bank draft, which he personally handed over to the Mega FM station manager, David Okidi.
"I received a Stanbic Bank draft of sh20m on behalf of Mega FM. I received it from him (Buturo) personally in his Kampala office at about 11:00am," Okidi confirmed.
A copy of the bank draft was also delivered to the chairman of the Parliament's Public Accounts Committee.
