The Chamber and the California Council on Partnerships recently sponsored a recent forum on "Telecommuting" at the Biltmore Hotel in downtown Los Angeles.

Several panelists discussed such telecommuting topics as productivity, employee morale, cost effectiveness, air pollution reduction and more.

Los Angeles County Supervisor Mike Antonovich, one of the first advocates of telecommuting in the area, spoke on the importance of this exciting, new way to work. He stated that both he and the County strongly support the telecommuting programs as an innovative …
