B&D Hauling Inc. is trying to collect itself and reorganize after filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection earlier this month.
The minority-owned waste hauler, with offices at 1193 Refugee Road, listed total liabilities of $655,000 and zero assets in its bankruptcy filing.
Calls to B&D Hauling President Frank Walker and Vice President Kelvin Jenkins were not returned before deadline. Nor were calls to Eleanor Beavers Haynes, the hauler's attorney. Haynes is a partner with the law firm Haynes Haynes & Carter.
