Dec. 31--NORFOLK -- The Navy is expected today to release the names of two sailors who died after being swept off the deck of a Norfolk-based submarine.

The USS Minneapolis-St. Paul was in rough seas off the coast of England when the accident happened Friday.

Two other sailors who were washed off the deck survived with minor injuries, the Navy said.

Lt. Cmdr. Chris Loundermon, a spokesman for the Navy's Submarine Force Atlantic, said the Minneapolis-St. Paul, which left Norfolk Naval Station Oct. 3 for a regular six-month deployment, was ending a weeklong port visit and sailing out of Devon Port in Plymouth at the time …
