WESTERN region soccer giants Kinyara ended the year on a high, topping the Super League table after six outings. Kinyara are attempting to break the dominance of Kampala teams, a feat only achieved by the defunct Nile football club in 1980.
The side, handled by former SCOUL and Express coach Leo Adraa, have won three of their home games and drawn one.
The only other points they have dropped are away to Express. Kinyara coach Adraa attributed their form to support from the management of Kinyara Sugar Works.
