Happy New Year!" That greeting will be said and heard for at least the first couple of weeks of 2007. Multitudes of Ugandans especially in Kampala are gearing up to see off 2006 in style this evening. They will customarily assemble at such swanky places as Sheraton Hotel, Grand Imperial Hotel, Speke Resort Munyonyo and Didi's World to watch the spectacular display of fireworks that customarily ushers in the much-awaited New Year.
