THE government yesterday warned Democratic Party (DP) officials against publishing the shelved report into the murder of fallen rebel leader, Andrew Kayiira.
In a telephone interview with Daily Monitor, Internal Affairs Minister Ruhakana Rugunda said DP had no right or moral obligation to make public the findings of the shelved report and that the government would not act at the behest of the opposition party to publish it.
