Phnom Penh, 29 December: The Cambodian government remains committed to enhancing friendship and exchange with its neighbouring countries in 2006, which was featured by "The Top 10 Diplomatic News of the Kingdom in 2006", charted here on Friday on the major Chinese newspaper Sin Chew Daily.

News No 1 went to Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao's official visit to Cambodia which started on 7 April. Wen promised 600m US dollars of aid and loans to help Cambodia develop its infrastructure construction.
