Emerging reports say that the destruction and collapse of the Islamic courts was directly caused by Yusuf Muhammad Siyad Indha Ade, the man who was in charge of the courts' security.

Ugas Muhammad Ali, a member of the Union of the Islamic Courts [UIC], has openly accused Mr Indha Ade of being behind the defeat of the courts, adding that the Islamic courts leaders are now in unspecified areas.
