Dec. 29--The glass door of the warehouse near Richmond International Raceway was covered by cardboard to deter prying eyes. There's good reason for the precaution. For the past few weeks, the Fairgrounds Industrial Park facility in Henrico County has been getting filled with thousands of cases of beer imported from Mexico. Colorful boxes of Corona, Modelo and Pacifico beer are stacked high on pallets in the cool, clean building.
