Vientiane: Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung and his delegation arrived in Vientiane on 19 December, beginning an official visit to Laos at the invitation of Prime Minister Bouason Boupphavan. PM Dung paid a courtesy visit to Lao Party General Secretary and President Choummali Sai-Gnason, met with Chairman of the National Assembly, Thongsing Thammavong and held talks with PM Bouason Boupphavan.
