Dec. 14--Downtown Buffalo will have no shortage of doughnuts by early next year, with Dunkin' Donuts expected to join two just-announced Tim Hortons locations along Main Street.

The fast-growing Dunkin' Donuts chain is expected to open a full-scale restaurant at 598 Main St., at the corner of Main and West Chippewa streets. The company, which has made an aggressive run at the Buffalo market since opening its first local store in 2002, is in negotiations with CityView Properties to lease approximately half of the ground floor.
