VW's entry ute
Volkswagen keeps showing us small sport/utility vehicle concepts, but says the Tiguan revealed at Los Angeles is about a 90 percent accurate version of the production model that arrives next year.
The concept is powered by a 2.0-liter four-cylinder clean TDI with Bluetec emissions technology, which will likely be offered in production along with a range of four-cylinder and V6 engines.
Porsche peps Cayenne
Porsche's 2008 Cayenne will sport a mild exterior makeover and chassis and engine upgrades when it makes its world debut at the upcoming North American International Auto Show in Detroit in January. The new models arrive at U.S. dealerships in March.
