Dec. 8--Local country music artists will gather Sunday at Royal Oak's Memphis Smoke to benefit the Toys for Tots charity. Breakout country singer Sarah Lenore -- who's making a big splash with industry reps in Nashville -- heads up the night of holiday performances beginning at 8 p.m. Lenore's set includes a new holiday tune, "All This Is Christmas," which she co-wrote and performed for the first time at Detroit's tree-lighting ceremony last month. Also on the bill are shorter sets from Redhill, Justine Blazer, the Hummingbirds, Christy Howard, Dave Huff, Angela Callahan, Tracy Maree & Robyn Lee and Austin Scott. In keeping with the holiday theme, each artist will include a holiday tune. Some surprise guest visits also are expected. The show is for all ages, and there's no admission charge.
