Nov. 30--WILL YOU HELP Carol Ann Campbell get to work? This new City Council member took office this week after being appointed by the Democratic City Committee to replace the departing Michael Nutter.

Due to a childhood spinal injury, Campbell often gets around in a wheelchair. Until recently, she has been driven around in a Lincoln, her own car. We don't know why this option is no longer workable. The standard-issue sedan assigned to Council members isn't going to work either.
