Museveni Tips On Integration.

Economic and political reforms alone will not attract foreign investment to Africa because the market will remain small, the President has said.
The solution, President Yoweri Museveni said, is to fight for political and economic integration to create big markets.
Museveni was yesterday speaking at the Eight Summit of the East African Community at Arusha International conference Centre in Tanzania. The summit was attended by several regional leaders.
"We have reformed everything in Uganda, listened to foreign lectures, but this has not attracted huge investment because our market is still small.
