Donetsk, 1 December: Prime Minister Viktor Yanukovych is convinced that the Supreme Council [parliament] dismissed Foreign Minister Borys Tarasyuk on legal grounds.

Yanukovych said this today to journalists in Mariupol, Donetsk Region.
