Forum for Democratic Change leader, Dr Kizza Besigye, intends to drag President Yoweri Museveni to court for allegedly breaching the independence of the Bank of Uganda. Museveni, according to Besigye violated Article 162 (2) of the Constitution when he directed BoU to bail businessman Hassan Bassajjabalaba out of severe financial difficulties.
