Kenya's return to international football took a step forward this week after Fifa expressed their desire to begin talks with the KFF to end the month-long ban on the country.

This follows a decision by the KFF national executive committee on Saturday to implement all agreements with Fifa.

In a letter to acting KFF chairman Mohammed Hatimy, Fifa official Jerome Champagne said the world soccer governing body was happy with the KFF's decision to follow through the contentious 28-point Cairo agreement.
