ADVERTISING Building bridges Thembi Msibi Reserving judgment For a large part of her professional career, Thembi Msibi, the new executive head of the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA), has been involved in roads as the former head of Mpumalanga's transport department and in the national department of transport.
