French Judge Jean-Louis Bruguiere has issued an international warrant of arrest has been issued against nine Rwandan personalities close to President Kagame.

Among them are James Kabarebe, no doubt the best known of the nine. He is the chief of staff of the Rwandan army for the last four years, the most faithful among Paul Kagame's faithful lieutenant and a founding fighter in the FPR [Rwandan Patriotic Front. He considered a great strategist and the man behind Rwandan military campaigns in DRCongo. [Passage omitted]
