The notice signed by state health officer Dr Azmi Ahmad was served in an integrated operation by the Perlis Health Department, Kangar Municipal Council and the Perlis Islamic Affairs Department
The restaurant in Simpang Tiga, in Jalan Jubli Perak here has only been operating for a week
