Nov. 23--An Atlantic Technical Center student thought he saw a familiar face one night on the news -- a classmate on a surveillance video attacking a woman at the school. So he called police. Investigators checked the class attendance record, and learned that the same classmate had started skipping class after the Nov. 8 attack. That student -- identified by police as Ian Braunstein, 22, of Coral Springs -- was in a Broward jail on Wednesday charged with the attack.
