THE DEPARTMENT OF TRADE AND INDUStrys One Price Tag order on credit cards has drawn mixed reactions from various groups, with a leading business organization and an appliance association bucking the policy, and a card issuer favoring it.

The Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry urged the DTI to cease from implementing Department Administrative Order No. 10, which prohibited the imposition of surcharges on products and services paid for with the use of credit or debit cards.
