Dog makes break for freedom down Nagoya subway tunnel.

NAGOYA -- A dog that strayed into a subway tunnel here Tuesday morning forced one train to stop and others to travel at reduced speeds, the operator of the line said.

At about 10:05 a.m., a worker at Chikusa Station on the Nagoya Municipal Subway System's Higashiyama Line spotted a dog running loose in the station. He attempted to capture the dog when it jumped onto the tracks and ran towards neighboring Shin-Sakaemachi Station.
