Nov. 21--HUNTSVILLE, Ala. -- Before she and her daughter, Amber, entered St. Mary's Church of the Visitation to attend Mass Monday evening, Tracy Taylor paused.
"For us, this will probably be something like 9/11," she said. "It will always be remembered. We've had nothing like this happen ever."
Ms. Taylor said Amber, a ninth-grader, knew two of the girls who died Monday when the school bus they were riding in crashed from a freeway overpass here. The Mass was dedicated to their memory.
"It's very, very tough," Ms. Taylor said. "Amber just cried and cried and cried."
