THE BACKERS OF THE PEOPLES INITIATIVE for Charter change are still up to their old dirty tricks. After being rebuked by the Supreme Court for the grand deception and gigantic fraud that they tried to foist on the people to be able to gather enough signatures to enable them to revise the 1987 Constitution, Sigaw ng Bayan and the Union of Local Authorities of the Philippines (Ulap) filed a motion for reconsideration. But old habits die hard. Still bent on trickery, lawyer Raul Lambino of Sigaw mailed his motion from Pangasinan while Bohol Gov. Erico Aumentado, Ulap president, mailed his document from Tagbilaran,Bohol.
