school INA, Nagano -- A part-time worker at the municipal board of education here was arrested on the weekend after she sent a bogus e-mail to an elementary school, pretending to be an ex-pupil and threatening to commit suicide, police said.
Manami Hirasawa, 42, is accused of obstruction of business. She admitted to the allegations during questioning, saying, "I did it because I was frustrated."
