FORMER Ugandan envoy to the Democratic Republic of Congo Joram Ajeani has called on the government to institute more stringent border controls to check the rising cross-frontier crimes.
Ajeani told the national intelligence coordinator Lt. Gen. David Tinyefuza in a November 16 memorandum that rogues were infiltrating the country mainly due to laxity and poor record keeping at immigration posts.
