Baghdad, 20 November: President Jalal Talabani of Iraq on Monday [20 November] received a verbal message from President Bashar al-Asad on Syria's vision of horizons to developing relations between Syria and Iraq.
Syrian Foreign Minister Walid al-Mu'allim conveyed the message to the Iraqi president during a meeting in Baghdad.
