Leading abaca pulp manufacturer Albay Agro-Industrial Development Corp. (Alindeco) recently opened a third pulp mill at the Alindeco Plant Complex in Albay that is expected to boost the company's production of abaca pulp by 3,000 metric tons per year, of which almost 99% are exported to Japan.
