Nov. 19--Visitors to Frances Lucas' classroom, be prepared to hand out a stack of business cards. That's actually part of Lucas' lesson plan to get her students at Bishop Ward High School in Kansas City, Kan., on track for college and the workplace. She is director of the school's fledgling Academy of Finance, a career-themed program designed to teach teens about money matters and introduce them to the financial services industry.
