Nov. 19--One of the Carolinas' longest holiday traditions will be renewed this week with the 59th annual Carolinas' Carrousel Pageant and Parade in Charlotte. The Carolinas' Carrousel is really two events -- a scholarship and awards ceremony Wednesday night at the Westin Charlotte and the Thanksgiving Day parade. Thousands of dollars in scholarships will be available at Wednesday's event. A highlight will be the crowning of the Carolinas' Carrousel queen. Last year's winner, Andrea Blanford of Jay M.
