Nov. 19--The Cabarrus County school board plans to vote Monday on student reassignment plans for three elementary schools. The board is expected to approve boundary lines for the new Boger and Furr elementaries and for the new Odell Elementary, a replacement for the old Odell. All three are scheduled to open in August. At a public hearing last month, some Odell parents were unhappy that the board wanted to move their children out of the new Odell to Cox Mill Elementary. They said their families had put up with the old Odell for years and had been looking forward to moving into its brand-new replacement. But board members said…
