Nov. 19--The Cabarrus County school board plans to vote Monday on student reassignment plans for three elementary schools. The board is expected to approve boundary lines for the new Boger and Furr elementaries and for the new Odell Elementary, a replacement for the old Odell. All three are scheduled to open in August. At a public hearing last month, some Odell parents were unhappy that the board wanted to move their children out of the new Odell to Cox Mill Elementary.
