Botswana Chess Federation (BCF) has released the names of players who will represent the country at the forthcoming Africa Junior Chess Championships (AJC). The team consists of six boys and four girls. It will be reduced to a four-strong squad (two boys and two girls) for the championships. The BCF has been given a last minute go-ahead to host the AJC by the Botswana National Sports Council (BNSC) after Algeria, South Africa and Libya failed in their bids.
