Ricardo Ruggeri, CEO of New Holland, looks to the future by recapping the past.

Earlier this year, New Holland invited 5,400 dealers, distributors and importers from all over the world to celebrate the company's first 1,000 days in existence. The purpose of the gathering, held in London, England, on January 22, was to recap the events of the last 30 months and to introduce New Holland's operating motives, objectives and strategies for the future to the public.

New Holland, a holding company formed by the Fiat Group's acquisition of the Ford New Holland division of the Ford Motor Company in the spring of 1991, is Fiat's opportunity to enter into the world market.
