Nov. 15--One of Charlotte-Mecklenburg's most successful elementary school principals is part of Superintendent Peter Gorman's plan for improving student performance at three CMS high schools.
Stanley Frazier, who has guided Merry Oaks Elementary School for several years, was named Tuesday night as principal at E.E. Waddell High School.
Frazier replaces Edward Ellis, who has been reassigned as assistant principal at Providence High School.
