Nov. 15--The Council Rock High School South student accused of calling a bomb threat in to his school Thursday will remain in custody until his hearing on Nov. 24. The 16-year-old Holland boy -- whose name has not been released because of his age -- appeared before Bucks County Court Judge Kenneth G. Biehn yesterday who ordered him held until his hearing. The other option would have been to send the boy home until then. He was arrested on Sunday. "I had no argument to make," said attorney Ronald H.
