Nov. 14--A 20-year-old man was fatally shot just after midnight in North Philadelphia.
Police responding to a report of a shooting in the 3200 block of North Randolph Street found Josue Rojas with multiple gunshot wounds. Rojas, who lived in the same block, was taken to Temple University Hospital, where he was prounounced dead at 12:24 a.m.
As of this morning, no arrests had been made, and police had not determined a motive.
