Diamonds & Dogs Diamond BEE Code Agreements doncha hate 'em? Who needs all the pesky detail that gets in the way of making a fast buck? I mean, why should the company that's financing a large wad of shares at a discount really expect you to hang around for the agreed term, when you could cash in while the market's good and empower yourself all the way to a large yacht and a posse of Latvian honeys in St Tropez? It's not as if they expected anybody to believe the guff about skills transfer and adding value come on ladies, let's pass the large Cubans and get real.
