A row has broken out between The Advertising Producers' Association and McCann Erickson, following an e-mail sent by the APA to its members warning them that the agency was planning to bring production in-house.
The e-mail, which McCann strenuously refutes, states that the agency's digital production arm, Chrome, 'plans to borrow directors from member companies'.
