Nov. 8--AND THEY'RE OFF. With Election Day over, the much-anticipated 2007 mayor's race begins in earnest with likely candidates stumping for votes across the city today. "Now it becomes the next big election," said political analyst Larry Ceisler. "Now the time is here." Six political heavyweights are considering a run in next spring's Democratic mayoral primary -- U.S. Reps. Bob Brady and Chaka Fattah, union leader John Dougherty, state Rep.
