Section: Regional News - The foreign ministry must be the core counselling organ on foreign affairs for the Communist Party, the State and the Government as well as the main agency implementing the diplomatic guidelines successfully, said Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung.

During his visit to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs yesterday, Prime Minister Dung lauded the achievements of the ministry over the past 20 years of doi moi (renewal) and affirmed that the ministry had made important contributions to the success of the process.
