As expected, AT&T Paradyne Corp. and Radish Communications Systems Inc. announced at spring Comdex in Atlanta last week an agreement to integrate their varying voice and data conferencing technologies into future offerings.

Under the agreement, which took effect May 29, AT&T will license Radish's VoiceView, a technology that enables users to alternate voice and data transmission over regular telephone lines.
