CECT to Offer Shares on New York Stock Exchange.

BEIJING, November 06, SinoCast -- CEC Telecom Co., Ltd.

(CECT for short) is about to debut initial public offering on the New York Stock Exchange to raise as much as USD 300 million in the first quarter of next year, and by then, its market value will exceed USD 1 billion, according to sources close the leading mobile phone maker in China.
