Text of report by Russian RBK TV on 2 November, from the "Intrigue of the Day" programme

[Presenter] The Audit Chamber was the first to report that the Sakhalin-2 project was unprofitable for Russia. A report it published in February 2005 noted that there was unjustified overpricing. The damage to the Russian budget was estimated at a minimum of 2.5bn dollars. The Audit Chamber did not consider environmental problems then.
