Volker Krumpel, in Partner der Firma Buscher Theurer Krumpel in Berlin, die sich auf Immobilienrecht spezialisiert, verleiht einem Gefuhl Ausdruck, das viele der Einheimischen in Bezug auf den Immobilienmarkt in Deutschland haben: leicht verwirrt von den zahlreichen Auslandern, die in den letzten beiden Jahren in Deutschland Immobilien erworben haben.

Die Immobilienberatungsfirma Jones Lang LaSalle sagt, dass in den ersten sechs Monaten diesen Jahres der Erwerb von Investment-immobilien durch internationale Investoren in Deutschland 25% des gesamten Betrags von 95 [euro] Billionen ausmachte, der in ganz Europa fur Gewerbeimmobilien ausgegeben wurde. Dies lasst sich positiv mit dem Vorjahr vergleichen, als Deutschland nur einen Anteil von 8% an allen europaischen Transaktionen hatte. In der Tat erfolgte der grosste Deal des Jahres in Deutschland durch die US-Beteiligungsgesellschaft Fortress, die in Dresden ein Wohngebaude-Portfolio im Wert von 1,75 [euro] Billionen erwarb.
