[Presenter] Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has opened in Moscow the fifteenth summit of foreign ministers of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization [BSEC] countries, during which Serbia assumed the chairmanship of this organization for the forthcoming six months, until May 2007.
