Buturo Ordered to Refund Mega Fm Sh20m.

THE Public Accounts Committee has ordered ethics state minister Dr. James Nsaba Buturo to refund sh20m that he received under unclear circumstances from Mega FM in Gulu.
The committee, chaired by Nandala Mafabi (Budadiri West), also resolved to write to the President demanding that Buturo faces disciplinary action for illegally obtaining the money.
The committee was yesterday reviewing the Auditor General's report on the President's office for the financial year 2004/2005.
