Third round of brand integration goes to Joe Boxer.(Sears Holdings Corp.)(Brief article)

HOFFMAN ESTATES, ILL. -- First, Diehard, then Craftsman and now Joe Boxer. Slowly but surely, Sears Holdings is integrating its most well-known brands across Sears and Kmart. As previously reported in Retailing Today, the company is also testing Kenmore in certain Kmart locations and Lands' End at one Kmart location in Bridgehampton. N.Y.

Sears will begin carrying Joe Boxer products under a new license agreement with Iconix Brand Group by the fourth quarter of next year. The agreement with Sears Holdings also will expand the term of the license through 2010 and will restructure the financial guarantee from Sears Holdings for 2007.
